New Tenant Information

Private Residences:

When you arrive at the Meridian please use the ​main entrance gate on ​Flamingo ​Rd. ​security gates. Let the security officer know your name and unit and building number​, if you have scheduled a time with us your name will be called in with Security​.

Your building number is listed as the following:

If you address is 210 then you are building 1,

220- Building 2

230- Building 3

260- Building 6

270- Building 7.

If you arrive during business hours please go into the HOA office ​which is the 1st building to your left when you have entered property through Flamingo Rd main entrance gate.

HOA office business hours are from 8​:00am ​-5​:00pm​ Monday-Friday ​(closed for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30pm)​.

Once you have arrived we will meet you in person to get you checked in with HOA office and get your access devices activated, provide you with key(s) and mailbox key(s) and accompany you to your condo for move-in walk through (unless other accommodations have been arranged prior to move in).​

​Cleaning:​

The unit has been cleaned prior to you moving in. You paid a cleaning fee to have it cleaned when you vacate. You do not need to clean because we will clean it again.

Maintenance/ Repairs:

​​All needed repair / maintenance request have to be issue via email though your tenant portal. ​W​e will send to the appropriate vender to contact you to schedule. You can also give your 30 day notice with this website or make other requests necessary.

30 Day Notices:

Please also use the website to put your 30 day notice in writing. You can also make other requests on the website.

HOA Rules & Violations:

​Upon move in, you agreed to live in an HOA community and this means you agree to follow the rules of the HOA regardless if you agree with them or not. Our office will charge you a $50.00 fees for each violation notice you receive. The most common ones are listed here. ​

On move in, the HOA office will walk you through a move in orientation so you get familiar with the communities Rules & Regulations.

Security/ Calling in Guests:

If you have guests coming to visit you must call security and let them know. Their phone number is 702-735-2334. Please call and let them know your guest name and they will be​placed on Security access list.
The HOA phone number is 702-​538-8379​ if you need to call them about your clickers/ cards.
