If you are interested in renting a unit the meridian Condos on Las Vegas, most minimum Lease Terms start at three months for Furnished Units and six (6) to Twelve (12) months for 12 months at The Meridian, please contact us with your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We also have one and two bedrooms furnished and unfurnished units the Meridian Condos in Las Vegas available for long term leases.
Internet, utilities, cable can be included in all our spacious units, please contact us for specifics based on your requested Lease Term.
To lease follow these easy steps:
- Follow this link and fill out Rental Application
- Email or fax it back to us with copy of State ID
- Complete Leasing Packet (Required by HOA to move in) (PUT NA if it doesn’t apply.)
- If you have a vehicle, a Copy of your registration and Insurance will be required to get a valid parking permit.
